However, the individual soul is not relevant to "mankind." As a whole, mankind is just a complex species of animal. Man is an animal with a soul, which implies personal ability for moral and rational decision-making. It's hard to know what God's path is beyond the personal decision-making process, which doesn't really relate to the larger nature of man.

Primarily, I think that regardless of whether you agree with it, Mussolini's pro-war position is a good example of completely wrecking a dialectic. For the record, I'm not really endorsing that, I'm just voicing opposition to "end of history pleasure machines." I don't think this is all totally coherent in the above article (it usually isn't, because I type too much and don't edit anything).
